He still has some arrows left, and there a few people remaining he hasn’t tried murdering yet. He’s trying to be thorough.
Good work on panel four! Most people don’t bother drawing the arrow bend once it’s released! I’m really looking forward to how this sequence plays out.

In an alternate version of this universe, the bizarro opposite version of Geirr uses his amazing aim to shoot down apples from high branches so he can give them to orphans.
